Shipping Policy

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TIMING

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed that will include your order number, ordered items, and the dollar total. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route, and we are not responsible for any errors that result in our couriers being unable to deliver. 

Orders may take up to 2 business days to process and ship. The expected delivery day may become unavailable, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. If you don’t receive this confirmation and/or your order does not arrive within the noted timeline, please contact us at hello@arc-focus.com and we will investigate.
Shipments originate from Illinois so transit time may vary by geography. All shipments use ground service and we are not able to expedite shipping at this time.
 

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to U.S. addresses excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the USA.
 

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is flat $5 fee for all orders and free for reoccurring monthly subscription customers.

Overnight and Express shipping are not available at this time.
 

PAYMENT METHODS

All major credit cards are accepted
 

DAMAGES & REFUNDS

Our policy only covers product that is damaged and reported within 5 days of receipt. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Should you find anything has broken, please do not handle the product to avoid injury.
If you received a damaged product, please email hello@arc-focus.com within 5 days from receipt of product. 

  1. Subject line – “Damage – Order #xxxx” (quote your original order # please)
  2. Please include pictures of the damage, showing the bottles can’t be consumed, and any written explanation required.
  3. Please indicate if you would like replacement product shipped out (free of charge), or a refund for the damaged units.

Once we receive your request, we will review and reach out if we require any additional information. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with replacement shipment tracking or your refund. Requests will be processed within 3 business days.
